Operations Manager

Kim has been part of the story of Trovato Wealth Management since its beginning. As Joe’s wife of 27 years, she has supported the firm’s growth both directly and behind the scenes, helping build the foundation of a family business centered on diligence, relationships, and care for clients. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to excellence have played an important role in shaping the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Before joining Trovato Wealth Management, Kim spent her career as an educator in Bakersfield before stepping away from teaching to raise their children. Today, as Operations Manager, she oversees the firm’s administrative team and office operations while continuing to serve as a welcoming presence for clients through regular communication, meetings, and support.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing games, serving in her local church, and spending time at the beach.
